Contact Us: Car Shipping Requests and Support

If you have a question before requesting a shipment, need to change or cancel an existing booking, or want to follow up on a shipment in progress, reach us here.

Phone

We do not staff a phone line yet. Email is the fastest way to reach us.

Response time

We reply by email during normal business hours. We do not yet publish a guaranteed response time; for a shipment that needs to move sooner than a standard window, use the expedited pickup request first, since that reaches scheduling faster than a general contact message.

What to include

If your message is about an existing request, include your booking reference, or the pickup and delivery addresses and the date you booked, so we can find it quickly. If you are reporting a problem with a shipment already under way, tell us what happened and when; we follow up directly since we stay your single point of contact for the job, not the carrier that performs it.

What we do not do

We do not staff a walk-in office, and we do not publish which carrier or broker we route a given shipment to, so please do not ask us to connect you with them directly outside of a confirmed shipment.

Questions people ask

  • How fast do you respond? We reply by email; we have not published a guaranteed response time. An urgent, time-sensitive pickup should go through an expedited pickup request first.
  • Can I cancel by replying to a confirmation email? Yes; see Cancellation for the policy.
  • Is there a way to reach the carrier directly? Contact details for your specific shipment are shared once a carrier is confirmed; we do not publish carrier identities generally.

Start a request instead

Ready to book instead of asking a question first? Start a request; your price is confirmed before any payment for an online-priced route, or emailed to you for every other route.
