Are you a broker or a carrier?

Neither term fits us exactly. Under federal rules, a broker arranges the transportation of property by an authorized motor carrier for compensation without transporting it themselves, while a motor carrier is the entity that actually operates the vehicle carrying your car (49 CFR 371.2, via ecfr.gov, read 2026-09-21). We arrange your shipment with one vetted carrier and resell it under our brand, staying your single accountable contact; the carrier is the one that physically moves your vehicle.

Who insures my car in transit?

FMCSA does not require a broker to carry cargo insurance on the vehicle being moved; that responsibility sits with the motor carrier performing the transport (fmcsa.dot.gov, consumer advisory on automobile transporters, read 2026-09-21). Before we confirm a carrier for your shipment we check its FMCSA registration and safety record; ask us for the specific carrier's insurance certificate once your shipment is booked.

Do you own trucks?

No. We arrange each shipment with a vetted carrier; we do not own or operate a fleet. See how it works for how we check a carrier before your date.

Is the price I see final?

The amount we show you is confirmed before you pay. If your pickup window, vehicle condition, or addresses change, we confirm any price change with you before it applies. Checkout is a labeled preview until payments are enabled.

Do you ship enclosed or inoperable vehicles?

Both are requests, not priced online services yet. Tell us in your request and a person follows up with whether we can arrange it and at what price.

What vehicles and routes are out of scope?

Motorcycles, boats, RVs and heavy equipment; terminal-to-terminal service; international routes and Hawaii or Alaska. We also do not guarantee a specific pickup or delivery date.

Do you have reviews or ratings?

We are a new company and do not have published reviews or ratings yet; we do not claim any.
