How it works

Booking with us follows four steps: request, price, confirm, ship. Here is what happens at each step, and how we check the carrier that actually moves your vehicle.

Request

Tell us your pickup and delivery addresses, vehicle year, make and model, whether it currently runs, and your preferred pickup window. This can be a firm plan or a best estimate.

Price

We build one confirmed price from your shipment: the corridor, the vehicle, transport type, pickup-window flexibility, and season (see the cost breakdown). You see this price before any payment.

Confirm

Once you accept the price, we arrange your shipment with a vetted carrier suited to your corridor and vehicle. We remain your single contact throughout; you are not handed off to a different company to finalize pickup.

Ship

The carrier picks up your vehicle within the confirmed window, transports it on an open carrier, and delivers it to the agreed address. We stay the accountable party for the arrangement, even though a separate carrier performs the physical transport.

How we vet a carrier before your date

Before we confirm a carrier for your shipment, we check for a valid USDOT number and review its FMCSA SAFER Company Snapshot record, described by FMCSA as "a concise electronic record of a company's identification, size, commodity information, and safety record, including the safety rating (if any), a roadside out-of-service inspection summary, and crash information" (safer.fmcsa.dot.gov, read 2026-09-21). Under federal rules, cargo insurance on the vehicle is the carrier's responsibility, not a broker's (fmcsa.dot.gov, consumer advisory on automobile transporters, read 2026-09-21); we confirm the carrier assigned to your shipment can produce that coverage. This is a per-shipment check, not a standing partner list; we do not claim an existing network of partner carriers.

What we do not do

We do not own a fleet of carriers, and we do not claim to. We do not maintain a public roster of partner carriers, since our vetting happens per shipment. We do not guarantee a specific pickup or delivery date; carrier schedules are confirmed within a window.

Questions

• Am I talking to the carrier directly? No, you are talking to us throughout; we arrange the shipment with a vetted carrier behind the scenes and share the carrier's contact once it is confirmed.
• What happens if the confirmed carrier has a problem before my date? We work to arrange a replacement carrier or notify you as early as possible if that is not possible.
• How do I know the carrier is legitimate? We check its USDOT number and FMCSA SAFER record before confirming it for your shipment; you can look up the same public record yourself at safer.fmcsa.dot.gov.

What we do not claim

We do not claim a fleet, drivers on staff, insurance coverage of our own on any vehicle, a standing network of partner carriers, customer reviews, or an operating history. Vehicle images are illustrative. We are a new company that arranges each shipment with a vetted carrier.
