How our pricing works

One number for your shipment: the corridor between pickup and delivery, your vehicle's size and condition, open transport, your pickup-window flexibility, and the season. You see it before you commit. We confirm it with a carrier before you pay. After that, the number changes only if you agree to a change in your shipment.

What "confirmed before you pay" means

1. You describe your shipment and see a price: a priced request.
2. We arrange a vetted carrier for your corridor and date. If none can take it, nothing is charged.
3. We confirm the price, the pickup window, and the carrier's contact with you. Then you pay.
4. If something about your shipment changes (a different vehicle, a different address, an enclosed request), we confirm any price change with you before it applies.

How prices are built today

Every shipment is priced per job, built from the drivers on the cost page: corridor, vehicle, transport type, pickup-window flexibility, and season. We do not publish a rate card or a markup figure; with no completed shipments yet, there is no history to base a card on, and the price you see is what we confirm with a carrier for your specific job, not a formula applied to a list price.

What is never added later

No fuel surcharge, no booking fee, and no line that appears after you pay. If it is not on the confirmed price, it does not exist.

Enclosed and inoperable requests

These do not have an online price yet. A person builds a price for your specific request once you tell us what you need.

Preview notice

Payments are not enabled yet. Checkout is a labeled preview; nothing is charged, and no preview request is a booking.

Questions

• Do you charge a deposit? Carrier deposit and cancellation terms are confirmed as part of your booking once a carrier is assigned; we do not publish a standing deposit policy yet.
• Will the price change on pickup day? Not for the shipment you confirmed. A change to your vehicle, addresses, or timing is a different shipment and gets a new confirmed price.
• How is your price different from an online calculator? A calculator estimates from general inputs; we confirm an actual price with an actual carrier for your route and vehicle before you pay.
